About The Artist
Margaret Meagher is a member of Visual Artists Ireland and At Home Studio Artists. She is also a past chairperson and current member of the Limerick Art Society.
Having already painted with a large number of art teachers in Dublin, she developed an interest in watercolours and this lifelong hobby has now become a way of life.
There are Margaret Meagher paintings in private and public collections in Ireland, Italy, Spain, Japan and the United States of America.
She was awarded a residency at Cill Rialaig, Ballinskelligs, County Kerry, Ireland.
Her most recent exhibitions are Memories In The Making (Cuimhni a Dheanamh) at Cork Airport in October 2018 and CRUINNIU: a gathering of artists at Cork Airport in May 2019
